11 February 2023 - During a blockade, two road railers and trailers were involved with the the partial re-timbering of the point leading onto the single line at the west end of Yeovil Junction.

On the same day as 70000 visited Yeovil Railway Centre and diversions of 802 GWR trains, a Network Rail test train ran down to Weymouth, top and tailed by two Class 37's. 37116 is seen heading the train at Maiden Newton. (Photo courtesy Roland Groom)

19 April 2023 Not a special train as such but the end of an era. Exmouth Junction yard has been cleared of all sidings in preparation for more house building. Once hosting the large steam Engine Shed, turntable and marshalling yard and much more. (Photo courtesy Mike Hibberd)
