12 March - Replacement of the tubes in steam engine 'Lord Fisher' has been necessary together with some other work. A new tube is being 'swelled' to help make a tight fit in the tubeplate. Once fitted the inside will be rolled to produce a perfect match. (Photo courtesy Brian Haigh) |
