3 May 2012 Southern Railway Merchant Navy Class 35028 'Clan Line' powered the heavy 13 coach 'The Cathedrals Express' from London Victoria to Exeter. Route out was Salisbury and Yeovil Junction returning via Taunton to Castle Cary where a diesel (attached at Exeter) dragged the train back to Yeovil Junction. 'Clan Line' then resumed the Southern route. |
