8 March 2020 - The Branch Line Society operated 'The Devonian Crompton' (1Z38) from London Victoria via Yeovil Junction (twice!) to Exeter and the Coleford Junction (limit of Network Rail metals). Return (1Z39) was via Exeter, Taunton, Bristol and to London Waterloo.

Two Class 33's had double headed the train to Yeovil. This is West Coast Railways 'Slim Jim' 33207. Note the use of the traditional headcode for Waterloo - Exeter 'West of England' route.

And this is Swanage Railway's D6515, both looking splendid!

In the sidings 33207 was run round so the formation would now be top and tailed until the train returned to Exeter.
