| After leaving the coaching stock at Weymouth, 'Tornado' runs (with support coach) to Yeovil Junction and is held under the semaphore gantry awaiting clearance into the station. | If the excitement on the steam side wasn't enough, interest was aroused by the arrival of a South West Trains 159 unit on Platform 1 coupled to a First Great Western 3 car 158 unit! This was as a result of the failure of 70000 'Britannia' at Warminster. The units were diverted from Westbury to reach Salisbury via Yeovil Pen Mill and Junction. |
