Dave and Peter love getting wet whilst cleaning Lord Fisher's chassis. This has been done previously but this time all the residual grime came off giving clean surfaces to rub down.

Kit is in charge of all Lord Fisher's bits and pieces! hope he knows where they fit!

Class 50 'Fearless' has now had three cabsides reskinned together with some paint.

D400 Fund have kindly provided 6 photos to show the transformation of the cabside.

Once the old skin was removed it became apparent that the framework underneath had also rotted and needed major rebuilding.

Although not quite the finished article the cabside now looks great. Further painting will be undertaken once all the bodywork repairs are finished.




The GWR Toad is having a spruce up in time for Christmas.

Evidence of new telephones going in, the drivers' walkways and other preparatory work.
