Monday 24 September 2012 saw the departure of 7 coaches which originally arrived on 26 November 2007. Some work was carried out to make them fit for main line movement over the previous few days.

Fowler 'Cockney Rebel' reverses onto the coaches in readiness for moving 4 to a more convenient place to be tested in a couple of days.

Ramparts examined the coaches and made minor repairs to enable them to be tripped to Okehampton/Barrow Hill (for Weardale Railway). The 4 coaches were attended to and then the remaining 3 were brought up.

'Cockney Rebel' effortlessly brings the 7 coaches to the platform in readiness for collection.
