18 December 2020. An overhaul started some 5 years ago, achieved a major milestone when Peckett 'Pectin' had its boiler returned from the boilersmith. Obviously there is a significant amount of work to complete before the engine can be put back into service. If Covid-19 allows we should be able to steam both our locomotives until the end of 2021 - we shall have to have a grand 'bash' to celebrate!
