HSts have appeared on diversions from the Exeter to Taunton line. Further Sunday morning diversions are due on 26 October then all day Saturdays and Sundays on 8/9, 15/16 and 22/23 November 2008. Yeovil Railway Centre shop is open from 10am to noon on Sunday mornings.




19 October - Two FGW HSTs pass at Yeovil Junction.




30 October - Due to flooding the Exeter to Taunton line was closed for much of the day. One HST was diverted through Yeovil Junction (causing delays to South West Trains) and is about to diverge under the semaphore signals towards Yeovil Pen Mill.




16 November - Arrival from Basingstoke unusually consisted of 3 Class 159 units which then left for Exeter St Davids. (Photo courtesy Roland Groom)

30 November 2008 - Route indicator from Platform 2 confirms the Yeovil Pen Mill line.
