24 June 2009 Today was a major milestone in the restoration of 50050 (D400) 'Fearless' when, for the first time in 9 years the engine took power and was driven a short distance. Faults with a KV10 board have now been rectified although there are lots of jobs to do before the loco can be described as serviceable.
