Another trip for Steam Dreams saw 71000 Duke of Gloucester running from London to Exeter.

In Fragonset livery, 47712 Artemis was the diesel loco on duty, following the Duke down to Exeter. It later brought the train back to Yeovil.

With support coach in tow, 71000 arrives back tender first from Exeter.

Lots of people around, the engine looks great and the sun is shining (for now at least).

Sam the railway dog looks on as the engine is dealt with over the pit.

Seen alongside the 1864 built Transfer Shed, 71000 is seen from the South West Trains side of the station.

A couple of turns around on the turntable. The viewing platform gives a great close-up view of the engine.
