Sunday 26 May 2024 The Branch Line Society organised the Millbrook Meander' from Eastleigh to Weymouth via the World and Yeovil Junction.

Class 50 50008 'Thunderer' on arrival at Yeovil Junction. Behind was the London Transport liveried 4TC unit.

At the rear was Freighliner Class 66 66509 'Josiah's Wish'.

After a short pause, the train ran down to Yeovil Pen Mill, hauled by 66509. A further reversal with the train being seen at Beer Hackett, south of Yeovil (Photo courtesy Bob Tucker)
