First Great Western used two 5 car IET units 802002 and 802001 to operate test runs down the West of England line between Yeovil Junction and Exeter. It is not clear whether they reached Exeter St Davids or terminated at Central! Running as 5Z91 and departing Bristol Temple Meads at 21.42 (Thursday 29 November 2018). Later returning as 02.38 (Friday 30 November 2018) Exeter St Davids to Stoke Gifford.
