02 April 2006. The first Train Day of the new season saw an excellent public attendance with the steam train rides and miniature railway both proving very popular. The enhanced Transfer Shed with its displays and refreshment area was in demand, particularly when the short April showers arrived!!

Pectin arrives back after a later afternoon trip down the Clifton Maybank branch keeping company with a South West Trains 159 unit. 50050 and the miniature railway (on far right) can be seen.
