After powering Network Rail's inspection train from Salisbury-Exeter last week, a pair of Direct Rail Services Class 37 locomotives today took the train onto the Castle Cary-Weymouth line including a trip up the branch to Yeovil Junction.




The driver of 37218 gives up the token for the single line which was picked up at Yeovil Pen Mill.




The train ran to Platform 1 to enable the driver to change ends....




....and 37259 retraces its steps back to Pen Mill.
